Frequently Asked Questions

Why do Tyvek® envelopes seal so tightly?

Because Tyvek® is manufactured to provide high-strength protection, it is resistant to tearing. The glues or adhesives used by envelope manufacturers also determine the ease of opening at the seal. And some Tyvek® envelopes are available with an "Easy Open" feature.
